Acceptance of Privacy Policy. By continued access or use of FiduciaSoft’s website (“Website”) or by clicking accept on the initial page that you accessed, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) below, and you expressly consent to the Company’s collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information that you may provide through interaction with the Website as described in this Privacy Policy. When you access this Website, you understand and acknowledge that the Company may transfer, process, and store information about you in the United States and other countries, both within and outside of the European Economic Area as data center redundancy changes may be implemented by our service providers in the future.
